UCLA is a global presence for good. From research in Antarctica to medicine in space.

The problem is, most people think of them as “the place you go when you need surgery” or “where smart kids go to school.” Our opportunity was to bring awareness to their public service mission.

Execution

I led the conceptual development of this upbeat, insightful campaign, which showcased UCLA's pervasive impact on Los Angeles and the world. It celebrated UCLA's tangible contributions to society while extending an open invitation to join their community.

We amplified the message with a 30-second TV spot (aired nationally during sports events) and a YouTube short story series.

Targeted social media and website posts further drove engagement, highlighting UCLA's widespread influence.

Outcome

The "UCLA is Here" campaign broke new ground for the university, showcasing its impact and influence with a bold, compelling narrative. This innovative approach yielded significant results:
